Albufeira · Algarve Dirt, farm and castle

3-Hour Quad Bike Adventure from Albufeira

3 hours Goji farm 12th-century castle

Three hours split between off-road tracks and three stops that actually earn their place: a goji and herb farm, the Moorish fortress of Paderne and a coffee in the village before riding back through the countryside.

3-hour quad tour through the Algarve countryside

You leave the base in Albufeira, cross Escarpão and from there it’s country lanes all the way: rolling hills, farmland and dirt tracks through an interior almost nobody sets foot in. Three hours of riding, but you also get off the quad three times, and all three are worth it.

This isn’t a flat-out there-and-back. The mix here is dirt + countryside + history: the farm first, then the castle and finally the village. Helmet and dust goggles are included, and so is the fuel.

Who this ride works for

For anyone who wants a thrill, but not only a thrill: families, couples and groups who appreciate getting off, stretching their legs and seeing something along the way. Each vehicle needs at least one adult with a category B licence, and passengers can ride from the age of 7.

Tour itinerary: goji farm, Paderne Castle and the village

Magnibravura Off-Road & Cultural Tours 45 min · Check-in Arrival at the base, paperwork, helmet and goggles. Safety briefing and vehicle instructions before you so much as touch the throttle.
Escarpão Departure · Off-road Off from Albufeira and out into the countryside. Within minutes there’s no tarmac worth the name.
Goji farm, Paderne 45 min · Stop and visit A local herb and spice farm, with aromatic plants and animals roaming about. This is where you’ll hear about the region’s farming traditions and breathe in something other than dust.
Paderne Castle 30 min · Stop and visit A 12th-century Moorish fortress looking out over the valley. Half an hour to walk around it, listen to the guide and take the 360º photos that make the day.
Village of Paderne 30 min · Coffee An easy stop in the centre: coffee, maybe a pastry, toilets and a short wander. Food and drinks are not included in the price.
Back to base Off-road · Wrap-up The ride home through the countryside and the off-road tracks to the same meeting point. The tour ends where it started. You don’t.
